Founder of Retail Link Associates, Ms. Hunter oversees and directs all of the firm’s leasing, management and advisory activities, and is responsible for leading the company’s strategies for platform business development and add-on acquisition opportunities. Ms. Hunter is also responsible for the firm’s daily business activities, marketing strategy and corporate identity. Her extensive experience in the field – both in leasing and portfolio management includes national, regional and local retail and restaurant tenants as well as franchisees. She has worked closely with private equity firms, developing business and expansion strategies for retailers that do not have in-house real estate departments. Ms. Hunter has worked with many properties, including design/build projects, super regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers, mixed-use urban development and redevelopments, and has leasing experience in a number of markets throughout the United States.
Since founding Retail Link Associates in 1996, Ms. Hunter has initiated, closed, and managed lease transactions, workouts and growth investments in more than 30 portfolio companies in a diverse range of retail and restaurant categories.

Mr. Hunter has an extensive financial background in multiple applications. Ms. Kovacs visualizes, structures, and helps close transactions for the team, and is respected for creating the highest value and providing consistent follow-up with all parties until the deal is executed and the doors are open.

Mr. Barnes has worked with many successful professionals and business owners with more than 29 years of industry expertise. Mr. Barnes is instrument in assisting with financial, business, tax, and planning strategies. His background stems from his time spent with some of the most well respected and elite financial firms in the nation. His commanding knowledge and background in strategic planning and design and tax laws bring him to the forefront of his peers.

Ms. Ulves, with her integrity and attention to detail has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team and our clients.
