Retail Link provides brokerage services for property sales and acquisitions, including retail investment properties and petroleum/convenience store properties. Our services extend beyond just the property itself, as we assist in the market analysis, investment pro forma, sale contracts and coordination of due diligence. We match your needs with the right opportunity whether it is an off market property or listed. When listing your station it is important that the property is priced correctly and marketed to the right market segment qualified to close the transaction quickly. We work with gas station owners ranging from multi-station owners to mom-and pops.
